About Rick

My connections to the Valley go back to the mid 1980’s as a student at Eastern Mennonite University (EMC back then). Upon graduation, my wife and I moved back to Northern Virginia as I pursued over thirty years in various senior level Accounting roles over that time period.

 

We connected to a Biblically sound church community who helped us raise our two sons. With owning two Massanutten timeshares, we vacationed here every year and had grown to love the Valley. As my wife and I considered finding our future retirement home, the Valley was our only choice. So, in 2018 we purchased our farm in eastern Rockingham County and made it our official home in 2020.

 

What I did not realize back then was how truly beautiful the Valley was and Virginia as a whole. My wife and our family really love this place...but more importantly it is the people that we have come to enjoy and love and develop truly enriching relationships with.
